- • Reservation Tax- 1000 Euro valid for 15 days
- • 1st installment - 30% of the property's price - two weeks after signing the preliminary contract
- • 2nd installment - 30% of the apartment's price - two months after signing the contract before signing the notary deed
- • third installment - 30% of the price - two months after the second installment
- • 4th installment - 10% of the price – Before signing the title deed
