Payment Schedule
• Reservation - 1000 Euro valid for 15 days
• 1st installment - 40% of the property’s price – till two weeks after signing the preliminary contract
• 2nd installment - 60% of the apartment’s price – till two months after signing the contract before before signing the notary deed
All apartments are finished and fully furnished! The price includes 20% VAT
Annual maintenance fee - 7.20 Euro per square meter without VAT
